Junior Chef

The Junior Chef programme was created for children of preschool and early school age, aged 4–6.

Its main aim is to introduce children to good nutrition through hands-on cooking and enjoyment.

The programme includes a 1.5-hour cooking session and, optionally, a two-hour Food & Art creative food activity, exploring food through visual arts and group activities.

*Individual sessions are also available, with payment per visit.

  • To cook, bake, knead, cut and mix
  • To handle ingredients correctly
  • Meal categories: breakfast, morning snacks, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner
  • To distinguish between cooking, pastry-making and baking recipes
