This website, www.kidscookingclub.gr (hereinafter the “Website”), has been created and is owned by the company “KIDS COOKING CLUB E.E.”, with its registered office at 73–75 Irakleidon Street, Piraeus, and a branch at 58 Zerva Street, Glyfada (hereinafter “Kids Cooking Club”). Before browsing the Website, please ensure that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions that apply specifically to its use. Accessing, using and browsing the Website constitutes your express and unconditional acceptance of, and consent to, these terms.

  • AMENDMENTS. Kids Cooking Club reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice to users. Each amended version is posted on the Website and replaces the previous version. Please check the Website regularly for changes or amendments.
  • If, for any reason, a user does not accept one or more of these terms of use, they must refrain from using the Website and its services. Otherwise, the terms are deemed to remain unconditionally accepted by that user.
  • Kids Cooking Club is committed to the completeness, validity and accuracy of the information presented on the Website, subject to any technical or typographical errors that may have occurred unintentionally.
  • DISCLAIMER. Users use the Website entirely and exclusively at their own risk, as it is provided “as is”. Kids Cooking Club accepts no liability for technical problems users may experience when attempting to access or visiting the Website, where these relate to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with websites. Kids Cooking Club also accepts no liability for acts or omissions of third parties, particularly unauthorised third-party interference with services and/or information available through the Website.
  • LINKING TO THIS WEBSITE. You may link to our Website only in a fair and lawful manner that does not damage or exploit our reputation. You must not create a link suggesting any association with Kids Cooking Club or the Website, or any approval or endorsement by us, where none exists. The Website must not be framed within another website, and you may not create a link to any part of it other than the home page. Kids Cooking Club reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without prior notice.
  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All information posted on the Website, including, without limitation, data, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, services and content generally, together with the software and applications, including the visual design, used to operate and manage the Website, is the property and intellectual property of Kids Cooking Club and chef Kiriakos Melas.
  • All trademarks and distinctive signs, whether registered or unregistered, displayed and/or disclosed on the Website belong to Kids Cooking Club or the third-party providers to whom they refer. They are protected by Greek, European Union and international laws concerning trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. Users must refrain from using, exploiting, appropriating, altering or otherwise making unauthorised use of these signs, and from attempting to mislead the public about the content provider, the holders of the above intellectual and industrial property rights, the service providers and/or the identity of the Website administrator. For the avoidance of doubt, users are not entitled to use or exploit the information and services provided by Kids Cooking Club through the Website for commercial purposes, for example to provide equivalent or other services to third parties, with or without payment.
  • PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. Kids Cooking Club strictly follows the principles of personal data protection laid down in the relevant laws and international conventions and undertakes not to make any improper use of your personal data (full name and email) without your prior approval. Personal data disclosed by users to Kids Cooking Club through the Website is collected, retained, processed and transferred in accordance with the applicable personal data protection provisions, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as in force and supplemented by the national legal framework. Each user acknowledges and accepts that Kids Cooking Club may collect, use, process and/or transfer their personal data to partner companies for operational and IT support purposes (for example an accounting or law office or company), for statistical or historical purposes, and to the partner business Kallitechnoupoli for operational purposes and to improve our programs. Users may at any time access their personal data and obtain information, or object to further processing of their information, under Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the protection of their personal data.   • USE OF COOKIES. We use cookies on our Website. Cookies are text files that allow us to make your visit as convenient as possible. This includes, for example, default settings for the presentation of our Website. Cookies contain a unique combination of letters and numbers identifying the browser you use. These cookies are temporarily stored on your computer and transmitted only to our server when you visit the Website.   • INFORMATION EMAILS/NEWSLETTER. Kids Cooking Club periodically sends information emails if you wish to receive our news. The same applies if you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter. Kids Cooking Club is not responsible for failure to deliver newsletters to their destination, although it makes every effort to minimise this possibility. Newsletters may end up in a spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not being stored there. Users may unsubscribe from the Kids Cooking Club newsletter at any time by sending an email to info@kidscookingclub.gr or using the Website’s contact form.
  • GENERAL TERMS. If any term of the agreement is deemed unfair or invalidated, this does not affect the remaining terms, which continue to apply and bind the parties.
  • Any delay by either party in exercising some or all of the rights arising from these terms does not weaken or waive that right. It may be exercised at a later stage, at the reasonable discretion of the rights holder.
  • Relations between users and Kids Cooking Club are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law. The courts of Athens, including the Athens Magistrates’ Court, have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any related dispute, and you expressly agree to submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.
